Our Mission
At Grow the Kingdom gym we provide physical training, spiritual formation, and mentorship that fully equips young Christians and Catholics to be a force for God. Through disciplined growth, they will develop the strength to defend against evil and confidently pursue God’s will for their lives.
What is Grow the Kingdom?
“The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He will reign forever and ever.”
- Revelations 11:15
Grow the Kingdom is a fitness gym open to anyone desiring to glorify God while working out. We offer a training program designed for young men and women focused on strengthening both body and soul. We fully integrate faith into fitness, teaching the importance of caring for the body as a way to serve God, family and the community.
Established in 2025, Grow the Kingdom provides an uplifting environment where we grow strong habits, form a Christ-centered community, and glorify God through the way we train and live.

Why We Are Called To Train
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own, you were bought with a price. Therefore honor God with your body.”
- 1 Corinthians 6:19
Caring for our bodies is a way of honoring the gift God has given us. Strengthening our bodies builds discipline, resilience, and virtue—qualities essential for living out our faith in a challenging world. When we train with the right intention, fitness becomes more than physical improvement; it becomes a form of stewardship, preparing us to better serve God, resist temptation, and fully live out His purpose for our lives.
Who We Serve
“To me, therefore, you shall be holy; for I, the LORD, am holy, and I have set you apart from other peoples to be my own.”
- Leviticus 20:26
At GTK, we serve the Catholic/Christian community in the Denver area. We separate ourselves as a fitness gym that promotes the true dignity of the human body. We understand this concept to be very countercultural, but God has set us apart for a reason. We serve 11-21 year olds in group training sessions, as well as open gym time daily for monthly members.
Quotes
“Life and physical health are precious gifts entrusted to us by God. We must take reasonable care of them, taking into account the needs of others and the common good.”
- CCC 2288
"Take care of your body as if you were going to live forever; and take care of your soul as if you were going to die tomorrow."
- St. Augustine
“Remember that bodily exercise, when it is well ordered, as I have said, is also prayer by means of which you can please God our Lord.”
–St. Ignatius of Loyola
